What do I need to watch?
A device you already own (Firestick, smart TV, Android TV box, phone, tablet, or computer), an internet connection of 8 Mbps or faster, and a free player app — TiviMate and NexTV are free, and there are great options for every device. Our setup guides walk you through it for your exact device — most people are watching within about 5 minutes of getting their login.
Which devices can I watch on?
Just about everything: Fire TV and Firestick, Android TV and Android boxes, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, Windows, and Mac. The free TiviMate and NexTV apps cover Android and Fire TV, and iOS is fully supported too.
How many devices can watch at the same time?
That depends on the connections in your plan — plans come with 1 to 5 connections, and each connection is a screen watching at the same time. The pricing table above shows every combination; households sharing across TVs and phones usually pick 3 or more.
How fast will I be up and running?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we activate your subscription and email your login details with a link to the setup guide for your device. In most cases that's the same day — usually within a few hours.
How do I pay?
After you send the order form (or message us), we contact you personally and arrange payment with whichever method suits you: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Cash, Wise, Revolut, Rewarble, or crypto. Nothing is ever charged on this website.
Will I be charged automatically when my plan ends?
No — never. There are no cards on file and no auto-renewals. Every renewal is arranged with you personally, so nothing is ever charged without you agreeing to it first.
What if I need help or something stops working?

Quick Troubleshooting
Two fixes solve almost everything.
Channels won't load at all?
Some internet providers block streaming servers. If nothing loads even though your internet works, a VPN on your device almost always fixes it — turn it on and reopen the app.
Buffering or freezing?
Check your speed (you want 8 Mbps or more per stream), restart the app and your device, and if you can, plug the device into your router with a cable instead of Wi-Fi. Closing other streams in the house helps too. AEON feeds are built to stay stable even during high load, so persistent buffering is usually local.
TV guide (EPG) looks empty?
Give it a few minutes after your first login, then refresh the playlist/guide inside the app — it fills in on its own.
